How do I place an order?

Once you have found an item you want to buy, simply select the color, the quantity and your size, then click ‘Add to bag’. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can proceed to checkout. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'CHECKOUT' and enter your address and payment information to complete your order.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

New customers will be required to create an account with Hirotaka before their order can be processed. Members are asked to log in before making purchases. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and  AmericanExpress.

If you have paid on your credit card you will only be charged once the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option.

In the event your card is declined, Hirotaka will not be responsible for a failed purchase transaction and any fees associated with it.

 

What currencies do you accept?

Currently products are listed, and purchases are processed in U.S. Dollars ($), Sterling Pound (£), Euro (€), Hong Kong Dollar (HK$) and Australian Dollars (AU$).

We deliver to the following countries with FedEx Economy, DHL standard and UPs standard:

Europe: England, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Poland

Asia: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand

For shipping to Japan, please go to Japanese Online Store and continue shopping.

Americas: United States, Canada

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Middle East: United Arab Emirates

All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

 

Shipping Fee

We offer a FREE standard delivery on orders above the following thresholds: US$600 / €550 / £500 before taxes.

Orders under those amount, flat shipping fee US$50 will be charged.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Hirotaka cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.

We do not ship on the weekend or national holidays; therefore your order will be processed the next working day.

 

How will I know if you have received my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation before we start preparing it. This is only receipt of your order, not confirmation that your purchase has been made. After your payment and delivery details are verified, it will be carefully prepared and shipped directly to you.

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

In stock: Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within 3-5 business days. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Out of stock or Made to order: You can still purchase it in this state, be sure to note the estimated shipping date on each product page.

If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, your orders will ship as they all become available.

 

Can I track my order online?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the necessary tracking number in a separate email. You can track the status on courier's website to avoid extra shipping cost.

 

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

The import duty and value-added tax (VAT) is not included in the listed online price. As a customer, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes incurred in the destination country/region. As the recipient, you must instead pay these directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. Please note that we don't have visibility of customs costs. 

 

Is signature needed and can you ship to a Post Office Box, APO or FPO address?

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO address.

 

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Please contact us at global@hiro-taka.com as soon as possible including your order number as your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order. If you’d like to add more items, place a new order.

To cancel an order, email us at global@hiro-taka.com and our team will cancel and refund the original method of payment for you. Further information on cancelling an order can be found in our Return & Exchange Policy.

 

What happens if I do not pick up the package and it is returned to Hirotaka?

If you do not pick up the package or take any action regarding the delivery and the parcel is shipped back to us, you are obliged to bare all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment such as the customs duties and further costs incurred.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international trading agreements, Hirotaka must play by the rules and adhere to specific shipping agreements.
