New customers will be required to create an account with Hirotaka before their order can be processed. Members are asked to log in before making purchases.

If you have paid on your credit card you will only be charged once the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option.
In the event your card is declined, Hirotaka will not be responsible for a failed purchase transaction and any fees associated with it.
Currently products are listed, and purchases are processed in U.S. Dollars ($), Sterling Pound (£), Euro (€), Hong Kong Dollar (HK$) and Australian Dollars (AU$).
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation before we start preparing it. This is only receipt of your order, not confirmation that your purchase has been made. After your payment and delivery details are verified, it will be carefully prepared and shipped directly to you.

Our packaging box is included with all purchases for no additional cost. Without any instructions specified via email to email@example.com for the purchase of multiple items we will pack multiple pieces in one box. For multiple boxes or gift wrapping please let me know in order note in a checkout page.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. It depends on where you are. Hirotaka cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We do not ship on the weekend or national holidays; therefore your order will be processed within next 3 working days.
We use FedEx Economy, DHL standard and UPs standard.
In stock: Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within 3-5 business days. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Out of stock or Made to order: You can still purchase it in this state, be sure to note the estimated shipping date on each product page.
If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, your orders will ship as they all become available.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the necessary tracking number in a separate email. You can track the status on courier's website.
If you do not pick up the package or take any action regarding the delivery and the parcel is shipped back to us, you are obliged to bare all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment such as the customs duties and further costs incurred.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO address.
Due to international trading agreements, Hirotaka must play by the rules and adhere to specific shipping agreements.
Returns & Exchanges
We won't accept any returns or exchanges, except for an item in a flawed or damaged condition. If you receive faulty item(s), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org directly within 3 days of the package delivery date with clear picture of part of defects. We’ll take you through the process. Returns that do not comply with following policy will not be accepted:
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged unused and unaltered, in the same condition it arrived in. • Items must be in the original branded packaging, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. • Items were purchased directly from hiro-taka.com and you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund. Your refund will be issued via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We retain the right to withhold such refund until we have received the product(s) for inspection.
