Once you have found an item you want to buy, simply select the color, the quantity and your size, then click ‘ADD TO CART’. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can proceed to checkout. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'CHECKOUT' and enter your address and payment information to complete your order.
You can shop without creating an account.
What currencies do you accept?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation before we start preparing it. This is only receipt of your order, not confirmation that your purchase has been made. After your payment and delivery details are verified, it will be carefully prepared and shipped directly to you.
Please contact us at global@hiro-taka.com as soon as possible including your order number as your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order. If you’d like to add more items, place a new order.
To cancel an order, email us at global@hiro-taka.com and our team will cancel and refund the original method of payment for you. Further information on cancelling an order can be found in our Return & Exchange Policy.

All shipment will be made from Tokyo, Japan.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
We cover ALL SHIPPING COST and CUSTOM TAX for you on all orders over US$350.
For orders under US$350, flat rate shipping fee US$50 will apply.
Shipping Timeline Guide
We do not ship on the weekend or national holidays; therefore your order will be processed within next 1-7 working days. Orders for international shipping are estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days once shipped from Tokyo.
North America (Fedex): 3-4 business days once shipped
Europe (Fedex): 3-7 business days once shipped
Asia (Fedex): 2-4 business days once shipped
Australia (Fedex): 3-7 business days once shipped
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. It depends on where you are. Hirotaka cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

In stock: Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within 5 business days. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Made to order: You can still purchase it in this state, be sure to note the estimated shipping date on each product page.
If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, your orders will ship as they all become available.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the necessary tracking number in a separate email. You can track the status on courier's website.
If you do not pick up the package or take any action regarding the delivery and the parcel is shipped back to us, you are obliged to bare all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment such as the customs duties and further costs incurred.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO address.
Due to international trading agreements, Hirotaka must play by the rules and adhere to specific shipping agreements.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except if the item is in a flawed or damaged condition.
If you receive a faulty item(s), please email us at global@hiro-taka.com directly within 3 days of the package delivery date with clear pictures of the defective part. Returns that do not comply with following policy will not be accepted:
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged unused and unaltered, in the same condition it arrived in.
• Items must be in the original branded packaging, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
• Items were purchased directly from hiro-taka.com with the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund. Your refund will be issued via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We retain the right to withhold such refund until we have received the product(s) for inspection.
We repair items purchased from hiro-taka.com. Pleasecontact us. Our quality control team will assess the possibility of repair. Keep in mind there may be associated fees for this. You may send in your item via mail to our Tokyo office. You are responsible to pay the shipping fee and customs duties incurred. After we make an assessment, we will send you an estimate. The repair will begin as soon as you have accepted the estimate.
